God I'm so angry with Microsoft. I grew up playing Halo and it only got better when my Player 2 (my wife) entered the game. We've played every Halo game (1 through 4 as well as Reach and ODST) together on Legendary. Beat them all. And then Microsoft pulls the no more couch Co-Op shit with Halo 5. What the fuck's the point of that? Well apparently Microsoft said it was because, while you would be able to play the campaign alone on single player with 60fps, they would have to cut it down to 30fps for split screen. Really? That's the problem for you, Microsoft? WHO THE HELL CARES! I'll probably be waiting for a year or so but it looks like I'm waiting for it to hit the $20 bin.

The reason is they are packing too much stuff into it. Halo MCC is kinda laggy at times when it’s split screen and it’s trying to render things at different distances. Also this is their flagship title that launched Xbox back in the 2000’s. So for them to scimp on something like frame rate that all the little tweens want now a days is a big thing for them. This is the most accessible Halo Game to date because of the Rating.

It just bums me out man. I was really looking forward to this. For years! And then, at the last second, they let us know that the thing that has brought gamers together for LAN parties, for Blood Gulch destroying, for screen looking, is gone. I would say that there is a massive amount of people that are pissed from this. I really liked 4. I liked where they were taking the story. But now, it just doesn't even seem worth it. especially because that means that 6, the end of a second trilogy, will most likely also not have couch Co-Op. It just sucks. And Microsoft is wiping the tears with their Benjamin's.
